Processing & Shipping Times
All lip glosses, Lip liners and eyewear orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for shipping. Processing and shipping times exclude weekends and holidays.

Order Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, Bochic Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. All orders are shipped via USPS. For delivery issues, please contact USPS directly using the tracking information provided.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Bochic Boutique is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order must be resent due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will apply.

Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, all lip gloss sales and lip liners are final and non-returnable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on lip gloss products.

Eyewear may be eligible for return or exchange only if received damaged or defective. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the item and packaging.
